Our Braze Furnace

Clark Pulley has the only in-house brazing furnace in the pulley industry.  This allows us process control.  Our continued growth has allowed us to purchase a second braze oven that we installed and more than doubled our capacity.  This has allowed for more efficient planning and gave us extra capacity for new customers and products.

Copper Brazing is used to join the pulley and hub together.  Our other process to accomplish this is mig welding.  Much depends on the individual design and requirements as to which process is used.
